We call them Crumbles, our employees call them “The Yummy Goodness.” It’s the delicious morsels left from our cacao after packaging. But, it has become too much for our employees to consume (great perk!) With a bit of arm twisting we convinced them to share– for a limited time that is.
These Crumbles come from our Nib Crunch:
Roasted cacao beans that are crushed are called Nibs. Nibs are roasted, of course, never above 118 degrees, keeping with raw status. They are crunchy, bitter, and have a very deep chocolaty taste that so many love. Speaking of LOVE, Nibs are even higher in Magnesium, fiber, potassium, antioxidants and phenylethylamine which release endorphins that make us feel content, alert and give a sense of well being. It’s why cacao is known as the “Love Drug”. We topped our Original recipe with lots of raw, organic Nibs and call it: NIB CRUNCH.
All Good Stuff Cacao products are made with raw organic cacao, raw Michigan honey, have no GMOs or gluten, practice fair trade, and are made in a facility that may handle tree nuts.
